General Duties of our Interior Designers:
Meeting with clients to understand and assess their requirements
Developing design concepts and preparing detailed design presentations
Selecting materials and finishes
Preparing detailed construction drawing sets
Preparing BOQ
Visiting the site to assess construction progress
What we are looking for:
Technical & Interpersonal Skills
Thorough understanding of AutoCAD drawings, details, and interior construction
Ability to conceptualize designs keeping in mind all relevant parameters of feasibility, budget, aesthetics, etc.
Ability to present well – you would be required to meet with clients and communicate with them, present and explain concepts and must have the necessary confidence for the position.
Perfect spoken and written English
Friendly yet professional demeanor
Education
Diploma or Bachelor degree in Interior Design or Architecture preferred
Experience
In depth knowledge of residential and commercial interior design, with focus on luxury residential
Experience in site execution and construction systems
Total working experience of minimum 2-3 years is required
2. AUTOCAD INTERIOR DRAUGHTSMAN
– Position Open– 2 nos
General Duties of our Draughtsman:
Preparing interior design drawings including floor plans, sections, elevations, furniture details, and general details
Preparing specifications based on technical knowledge, given information and/or sketch drawings
Producing fully coordinated and accurate GFC drawing sets and documentation packages
What we are looking for:
Technical & Interpersonal Skills
Expertise in AutoCAD
Extensive knowledge of materials and technical specifications related to interior design.
Excellent time management and organization skills.
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Experience
3-4 years experience in interior design drafting
